An Inventory Report is a complete record of the fixtures, fittings and décor of your property. The entire report works methodically from the front entrance through each room, and includes any outdoor space.
Well prepared reports protect landlords and tenats alike because they provide accurate descriptions of the condition and content of a property at the start of a tenancy.
Our high quality reports include digital photographs, meter readings (where possible) and are delivered in pdf format within two working days of the visit to the property.
Check out reports
The check out report compares the condition of the property at the end of the tenancy to that recorded on the inventory. Our detailed reports include photographs and comment on cleanliness, discrepancies with the original inventory and an assessment of fair wear and tear.
The report also notes final meter readings (where possible) and details of keys returned by the tenant.
A mid-term inspection is a useful way to give the landlord an idea of how well the property is being cared for and highlight any issues that may cause deterioration to the property as the tenancy continues.
We will make arrangements with the tenant to visit the property whilst they are at home, or arrange to gain access with the landlord's key if the tenant agrees.
