Absolute Inventories Limited provide an independent service to Letting Agents, Relocation Agents, Companies, Landlords and Tenants throughout the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Shropshire.

We carry out inventories, check-ins, check-outs and interim inspections for all types of rented residential property. Our reports can be delivered electronically in PDF format to be downloaded and printed by the customer. See Our Services.

We operate in accordance with the codes of practice and guidelines of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) and carry full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance. Our principal staff have over ten years experience in the residential lettings industry.
